Griffin was helpful in letting us know how to access or move files off an active version of the app, but since we got a new device (iPhone) downloading the app from iCloud didn't work. It was a stressful thanksgiving thinking we had lost everything but now we have our audio and are happy again. Good luck! My understanding is as long as you don't delete the talk app on your device that directory will continue to exist in your backups.
